Gabrielle is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, certified pump trainer, and most recently the first T1D Health Coach with LMC Healthcare. The T1D Coaching Program is an LMC initiative in partnership with Diabetes Canada and the Diabetes Leadership Foundation, where Gabrielle was the creator content and clinical lead for the program. Gabrielle has been living with T1D for 25 years and she is ultimately passionate about driving change in the health care provider approach to help all people living with diabetes.
