Dr. David Campbell is an endocrinologist and health services researcher. He holds MD and PhD degrees from the University of Calgary, a MSc from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc from McGill University. He completed his clinical training at the University of Calgary and a postdoctoral fellowship at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. His academic research focuses on diabetes outcomes among people who face social disadvantages.
