Dr Celine Huot is a pediatric endocrinologist practicing at the CHU Sainte-Justine in Montreal where she is head of the Division. She was chair for continuing professional development, one of the co-chairs for the 2022 and 2023 Diabetes Canada/CSEM Professional Conference and is now president of the Canadian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism. She has been a longstanding volunteer for Diabetes Canada, working on the executive of the Clinical and Scientific Section in various functions and was also co-chair of the portfolio for CPD of the Professional Section. As faculty, Dr Huot has also been responsible for training cohorts of medical students at the University of Montreal in endocrinology and in interprofessional collaboration in partnership with patients, an approach she highly supports and practices.
