Nikki Fraser is the Owner and Head Coach at Nikki Fraser Fitness, where she has spent more than 20 years helping women of all ages build strength, confidence, and resilience through outdoor fitness classes, personal training, and small-group strength programs. Her energy and passion for coaching make every session engaging, safe, and effective.
Alongside her coaching practice, Nikki is also the Exercise Physiologist at LUME Women + Health, where she assesses clients and provides expert guidance to support both health and sport performance goals. She holds Master’s degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology, blending her knowledge of human movement and behavior with a deep commitment to helping women reach their potential in life and sport.
A consummate student, Nikki is endlessly curious and dedicated to staying at the forefront of evidence-based research in exercise science. This commitment ensures her clients benefit from the most current and effective strategies available.
As a lifelong recreational athlete and mom, Nikki has first-hand experience with the joys and challenges of staying active across different life stages. From triathlon, swimming, running, and cycling to snowboarding, hiking, and pickleball, she embraces movement as a lifelong pursuit. She also understands the unique considerations women face across the lifespan, including peri- and post-menopause, and how these transitions impact health, energy, and performance.
Above all, Nikki is passionate about empowering women to feel strong, capable, and confident at every age. With a warm, supportive coaching style and a fun, approachable energy, she meets each client where they are—designing safe, personalized programs that reflect their goals, needs, and lifestyle.
